Accessories Policy

  • When do you ship?

All orders are shipped Mon-Wed, and Thurs. Orders made on Friday will not be processed until the following business day. There will be NO shipping the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas.

  • How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 5-7 business days for custom orders to be processed for shipping. We make an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. During the holiday, please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed for shipping.

  • How to track my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided via email or text.

  • How do you ship?

All accessories will be shipped through UPS/USPS

  • What if my package gets lost or damaged

Once shipped, Wild Elysian is not responsible for any lost or stolen accessories.

  • What is your return policy? 

All sales are final.

Event Policy

All sales are FINAL. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due a week before your event and will secure your date and confirm event details. If there are any discrepancies on behalf of Wild Elysian, a refund will be issued. Discrepancies include bad weather, location misunderstandings, or no-show by Wild Elysian. Rescheduling is available if cancelation is due to bad weather. Wild Elysian reserves the right to cancel any event due to non-payment or lack of communication.

Wild Elysian will not be held liable for any food allergy-related incidents. Please state any and all food allergies when inquiring. Wild Elysian will not be held liable for any stolen or damaged property of clients (clients decide to walk in the park and/or take a swim at the beach). If the property of Wild Elysian is stolen or damaged, clients are responsible for replacing the exact item and/or paying a fine of up to $500.Contact us at Wild.Elysian@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.
